Free for warehouses

One screen instead of thirty chats

JetKir is the system Kyrgyz cargo companies run their parcels on. You take a box in once — and both the cargo company and its customer see it immediately. Files, forwarded lists and «where is my parcel» stop being your job.

Cargo companies pay. We charge warehouses nothing: a warehouse brings cargo companies to us, not the other way round.

How it looks today

None of this is about a warehouse working badly. It is about the same box being written down four times.

Thirty formats of the same file

Every cargo company has its own template and its own chat group. The same export is retyped by hand as many times as you have partners.

«Where is my box» all day long

Answered by the person who is not unloading the truck while answering. And answered from a photo of a list, not from data.

A wrong mark costs a box

A row goes to the wrong cargo company — both of them look for it, and it turns up at someone else's customer.

What changes

One file for every cargo company

Each row says whose it is — by the mark you already write on it. An unknown mark is never guessed: it goes into the error report, not into someone else's company.

Intake from a phone

Tracking number, weight, client code — the box is in. One bad row does not stop the file: the rest are accepted.

You can see what is on hand

How much is ready to ship per cargo company and what that is in kilograms. The answer to «is there enough for a bag» before the truck arrives.

The cargo company looks it up itself

Its manager sees its own parcels in its own panel the same second. Fewer questions in the chat, because there is nothing left to ask.

History of every box

Who registered it, when, how — by file, by scanner or by hand — and at which warehouse. A dispute is settled by a record, not by memory.

Staff sign in with a code

A code by message, no passwords. Someone leaves — their access is revoked in one click, instead of changing one shared password for everything.

Free for warehouses

We charge cargo companies, and not immediately: up to 1,500 parcels a month they are on the free plan. We charge warehouses nothing, and do not plan to.

No limit on the number of cargo partners
No limit on warehouses or staff accounts
No contract, no prepayment — signing up takes a minute

Getting started

No developers needed, no call required.

1

Register the company

A phone number and a company name. The code arrives by message. No card, no contract.

2

Add warehouses and addresses

Address, opening hours and what the customer pastes into a Chinese shop: 收件人, 手机号, 地区, 详细地址.

3

Connect to cargo companies

Invite one by its prefix or accept an invitation. Set the mark that company is written under in your exports, and files start sorting themselves.

Warehouses already working through JetKir

A cargo company looking for a partner in China — or replacing one — starts here. Everyone who needs a warehouse sees yours on this list.

The list is empty so far. Yours can be the first.

Destinations are derived from the countries of the cargo companies working with each warehouse — nobody types them in. Who you ship for is not shown here: your client list is your business, not ours.

Write to us

If it is easier for us to show you and set it up. We will answer in your language.

Questions we get

What does it cost a warehouse?

Nothing. Cargo companies pay, and only once they outgrow the free plan.

Will our cargo companies have to pay?

Not at first: up to 1,500 parcels a month is free. After that it depends on volume, and never exceeds 7,900 KGS a month at any turnover.

We have thirty cargo companies. Must they all sign up?

A partnership is confirmed by both sides, so a cargo company needs an account. It is free and takes a minute, and you can invite one from your panel by its prefix.

Our files will not match your format.

The format is yours. On upload you point out which column holds the tracking number, which the weight, which the cargo mark. The mapping is remembered for the next file.

Who can see our data?

Every cargo company sees only its own parcels, and that is a database rule, not a checkbox. We publish your partner list nowhere.

Is there a Chinese interface?

The panel is in Russian today — we would rather say so. Chinese is in progress; write to us and yours will be the first warehouse we test it with.
